Can I return my parcel to a store?
You can now make a free, contactless return to any Next store at the checkout. No need to bring a returns' note, simply bring your items along and our team will do the rest. For the latest store opening times, please check our Store Locator.
Can I order in-store using my nextpay account?
Yes, if you have a nextpay card, you can purchase in our Next stores and have the value added to your nextpay account. The amount will usually be added to your account within one working day, and will appear on your next monthly statement.*
If you do not have a card, but would like one, please call us on 0333 777 8000 †. Alternatively, if you would like to chat with an advisor please click here.
*Please note that any items purchased on your nextpay card in-store will need to be returned back to a Next store. You will not be able to return these via the Courier, Parcelshop or Post.
How can I redeem a refund card?
You can redeem your refund cards at any Next stores. Unfortunately, a refund card cannot be used to purchase items online or as a payment method for a nextpay or next3step account. However, it is valid for 24 months from the date of issue. Please refer to the back of the card for our terms and conditions.
Do you offer Gift Receipts in Store?
We would highly recommend requesting a gift receipt when buying a gift in our stores, as this makes an exchange or refund really straightforward. The recipient can then return the item and have an exchange, or refund onto a Next gift card, for the value of the price paid.
Unfortunately, we can't offer gift receipts on non-returnable items, such as pierced earrings, food, alcohol, toiletries or cosmetics, all underwear and swimwear products that no longer contain the hygiene seal (such as individual briefs, bikini briefs, female swimsuits and men’s swimming trunks and briefs), opened packs of men or women’s underwear.
