We’ve put together some information below to answer any questions you may have about viewing statements via My Account.
What are Paperless Statements?
In replacement of a physical statement that is sent to you via post, a paperless statement is only available to view online via My Account.
This means no paper admin, no filing, and no fuss. Everything is organised for you, allowing you to easily view every statement from the past two years and more, all in one safe place.
Will I still get reminders?
We will send you an email alert to let you know that your statement is ready to view via My Account.
Please make sure your details are kept up to date. You can do this by logging into My Account and selecting ‘Change Details’, where you can update your email address.
Can I still print statements when I go paperless?
Absolutely! If you ever need a physical copy of your statement, you can easily print it yourself. Just log into My Account and select ‘Statement’, then ‘Monthly Statement’. Here you will be able to choose the statement you want to print, then simply download and print it.
Can I switch back to Paper Statements in the future if I want to?
Over 96% of Next customers now manage their account using online statements, rather than paper. If, however, you want to switch back to paper or require large print or braille statements, you can easily do so by:
