We’re working hard to ensure we’re doing our bit to help protect the environment. By reducing the number of statements we print, we’re reducing the amount of paper we print on!
We’ve put together some information below to answer any questions you may have about viewing statements via My Account.
What are Paperless Statements?
Rather than a physical statement that is sent to you via post, a paperless statement is only available to view online via My Account.
Will I still get reminders?
Where we have an email and mobile telephone number, we will send you an email and an SMS to let you know that your statement is ready to view via My Account.
Please make sure your details are kept up to date. You can do this by logging into My Account and selecting ‘Change Details’, where you can update your email address and mobile number.
Can I still print statements when I go paperless?
Absolutely! If you ever need a physical copy of your statement, you can easily print it yourself. To do this:
- Log into My Account
- Select ‘Statement’, then ‘Monthly Statement’
- Choose the statement you want to print then simply download and print.
Can I switch back to Paper Statements in the future if I want to?
Of course! We understand that preferences may change. You can switch back to a paper statement at any time online. Simply follow these steps:
- Log into My Account Online
- Select ‘Statement’ and then ‘Statement options’
- You’ll then see the option to ‘Turn on Paper Statements’.
