We know there’s nothing better than Christmas shopping to get you in the festive spirit. We also know that sometimes you might change your mind, that’s why we’ve extended our normal returns policy over the festive period.
In addition to our standard returns policy, any items ordered online or purchased in one of our Next stores between Friday 25th October 2024 and Wednesday 25th December 2024 can be returned up until, and including Sunday 5th January 2025 for a full refund back to your original payment method.
Just make sure your unwanted gifts are unused, in the original packaging (if appropriate) and still have the tags attached. If you’re returning an item bought in store please bring proof of purchase.
If the items are returned after the 5th January and were received over 28 days ago*, then our normal returns policy will apply. This means we’ll process a refund in the form of an eVoucher. Click here for more information on our returns policy.
*The 28 days will start from the day after the items were delivered to your home address. Or, if delivered to a store, the 28 days starts from the day after the items were collected.
