We’re working hard to reduce the amount of plastic we use. Below you’ll find a few of the measures we’ve already taken:

• All stores have packaging recycling bins if you wish to return any unwanted packaging. We’ll recycle the packaging and where possible reuse it to make new packaging too. 
• We’re encouraging customers to return any unwanted items within one parcel. If you wish to return any items then please place all items into one parcel bag and attach one returns label (regardless of when the items were ordered or delivered). We’ll then scan the items individually once they reach us and credit them back to you.
