Yes, to add an alternative delivery address you can do this via ‘My Account’ or at the checkout stage when placing an order.
The alternative delivery address must be selected at the time of placing the order. Please note once an order has been placed the delivery address cannot be changed.
To add an alternative delivery address to your account, follow the below steps:
- Log in to My Account using your email address or customer number and password.
- Select the ‘Delivery Address’ option from the menu on the left-hand side.
- Here you will be able to add up to five addresses to your account.
When adding an additional delivery address you will be asked to authenticate the new address against your billing address by entering your card details (the card must be registered to your billing address)
If you are a credit customer payment will be taken from the card for the full order value. Once the order has been successfully processed, you can then have items delivered to an alternative address in the future.
