Nextunlimited is an annual delivery subscription. 

For a one-off payment of £24.50 per year (equivalent to £2.04/month), members receive unlimited deliveries with no additional shipping fees. T&Cs apply

Save across all your Fashion, Beauty and Branded orders: 

• Home delivery - usually £4.95 
• ParcelShop - usually £3.50 

Note: any items/orders requiring ‘2-person furniture delivery’ are excluded. 

All deliveries are Next Day, subject to stock and courier availability. T&Cs apply.

3 Steps to Unlimited Delivery:

1. Sign In: Log into your Next Account. If you don’t have one, you can register here.
2. Add to Bag: Visit the Nextunlimited page and click 'Add to Bag'.
   (Option also available to add to bag during checkout)
3. Checkout: Complete your purchase (currently £24.50). Your free delivery benefits will activate immediately, even for other items in your current bag.

💡 Shopping today? > If you add Nextunlimited to your bag alongside your other items, the delivery charge for your entire current order will be wiped to £0.00 at checkout.

ADD TO BAG 

Note about renewal depending on your payment method:

If you have a nextpay or pay in 3 Credit account: The £24.50 will be added to your statement as a one-off charge. Benefit: Your subscription will auto-renew every year so you never lose access.

If you pay by Debit/Credit Card: Auto-renews annually using your saved card details.

If you pay via PayPal/Apple Pay: These methods do not auto-renew. You will need to manually repurchase the pass after 12 months.

Auto renewing customers: You can turn off your auto renew setting by visiting your My Account & navigating to Nextunlimited option in the menu. 

1. Automatic Renewal 

If you paid by nextpay or pay in 3 (Next Credit Accounts) or Debit/Credit Card:

• Action: None required.
• When: On your anniversary date, we will automatically charge your account or card £24.50.
• Notification: We’ll email you 28 days before it happens.

How do I stop auto-renewal? Log in to 'My Account', go to the 'Nextunlimited' tab, and toggle "Auto-renew" to OFF.

What if my card has expired? Update your payment details in 'My Account' at least 5 days before your renewal date to avoid service interruption.

MY ACCOUNT 

2. Manual Renewal 

If you paid by PayPal or Apple Pay:

• Action: You will need to repurchase the pass manually.
• When: You can do this within the last 28 days of your current 12-month subscription.
• How: Simply add Nextunlimited to your bag and checkout as normal.

ADD TO BAG 

1. Within your 14-day ‘Cooling Off’ Window

• The Policy: If you signed up within the last 14 days and haven't used the service, you are eligible for a full refund.
• How: Click the 'Cancel My Subscription' button in My Account.
• Note: If you have already used Nextunlimited for a delivery, you are no longer eligible for a refund, and the subscription will remain active for the year.

2. After 14 days: Auto-Renewing Accounts

(Paid via nextpay, pay in 3, Credit or Debit Card)

• The Policy: You cannot get a refund for the current year, but you can prevent any future charges.
• How: Go to 'My Account' and toggle Auto-renew to OFF.
• Benefit: You will keep your Unlimited Delivery benefits until your current expiry date, and no further payments will be taken.

3. After 14 days: Manual-Renewing Accounts

(Paid via PayPal or Apple Pay)

• The Policy: As these accounts do not automatically renew, there is no "subscription" to cancel once the 14-day window has passed.
• What happens next: Your service will simply expire at the end of your 12-month term. No action is needed to stop future payments, as we do not hold your billing details for these methods.

MY ACCOUNT 

Nextunlimited covers the cost of delivering your parcels, but the standard return rules still apply to your subscription.

🏠 Store Returns: FREE

Returning your items to any Next store remains completely free of charge.

• The Benefit: Our team will process your refund within 1 working day.
• How: Just bring your items and your delivery note (or the digital QR code in the Next app) to the till or a dedicated "Quick Return" point.

📦 Courier & ParcelShop Returns: £2.50 Fee

If you choose to have a courier collect your return or if you drop it off at a Hermes/Evri ParcelShop, a £2.50 returns fee will be applied.

• The Policy: This fee is charged per collection/drop-off, regardless of how many items are in the bag.
• How it's paid: The £2.50 returns charge will apply for each collection/return, regardless of the number of items you return. If you paid for the order using your Next credit account, we'll apply the charge to your account when we receive your return. If you paid using an alternative method we'll deduct the charge from your refund.

Why isn't it free?

Nextunlimited is designed to save you money on outbound delivery costs (£4.95 per order). By keeping the returns fee for home collections, we can keep the annual cost of the subscription as low as possible for everyone.
 

How do I get a Free Trial?

The 30-day free trial is currently available to nextpay credit account holders. 

• To Check Eligibility: Log into your account and visit the Nextunlimited section on My Account. If you are eligible, you will see a 'Start 30 Day Trial' button instead of the usual purchase price.
• At Checkout: If you're eligible, you’ll also see an option to activate your trial directly at the checkout stage.

What is included in the trial?

You get the full Nextunlimited experience immediately. This includes Unlimited Next-Day Delivery to your home or a ParcelShop for 30 days.

Will I be charged?

• During the 30 days: No. You will not be charged a penny during your trial period.
• After the 30 days: Your trial will automatically convert into a full 12-month subscription, and the £24.50 fee will be added to your nextpay account and show on your next available statement.  Interest will be charged as per your credit agreement. 

Can I cancel before the trial ends?

Yes—and it’s easy. If you don't want to continue, simply go to 'My Account' and toggle Auto-renew to OFF at any point during your 30-day trial. You will still enjoy free delivery for the remainder of your 30 days, but you won't be charged a penny when the trial expires.
 

• The Policy: Yes, Nextunlimited covers delivery to all UK postcodes, including Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Scottish Highlands, and the Channel Islands.
• The Difference: While the delivery is free, the "Next Day" promise may not apply. Depending on your postcode, delivery may take 2–5 working days.

Check your area: Enter your postcode at checkout to see the adjusted delivery timeline for your specific location.

The Answer: No. There is no minimum spend. Whether you are ordering a £5 pair of socks or a £100 jacket, your delivery charge will always be £0.00.

• The Policy: Nextunlimited covers all standard parcel deliveries (Fashion, Beauty, and most Home items). It does not include "2-person delivery" items, such as sofas, beds, or large wardrobes.
• The Cost: These items carry a separate delivery charge (typically £20.00).
• How to tell: Look for the "2-person delivery" logo on the product page. If you see it, the standard Nextunlimited benefit won't apply to that specific item.
