nextunlimited can be used across fashion, furniture, beauty and brands - with no minimum order value.
You can use nextunlimited with orders placed over the telephone, or online once you have logged into your account. Please note, Pay in 3 customers can only place orders online.

Simply add nextunlimited to your shopping bag by clicking here, and checkout as usual - the service will be immediately activated upon sign up. To subscribe to nextunlimited, you must have a valid e-mail address registered to your account.
Annual Subscription
If you hold a Next Credit account, or purchase nextunlimited with a Credit or Debit card, your subscription will automatically renew on an annual basis. For customers who purchase nextunlimited with an alternative payment method, your subscription will end after 12 months and you will need to repurchase.
Monthly Subscription
The monthly subscription is currently unavailable for Next Credit Account holders and must be purchased using a Credit/Debit card. The charge will be taken from your original payment method on a rolling monthly basis. Your subscription will begin with a 3-month fixed term period, after which you have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time.

Annual Subscription -
Customers who purchase an annual nextunlimited subscription with a Next Credit account or a Credit/ Debit card, will automatically renew on an annual basis.
Renewal preferences can be easily amended in the My Account area.
To do so please log in to your account and click on the nextunlimited section of 'My Account'. Preferences cannot be updated within the last 28 days of the subscription.
Credit account holders
The nextunlimited subscription charge will be added to your credit account and will show on your statement as a one off charge for the year.
Interest will be charged on the subscription, if you do not pay off your balance in full before the next statement, from the statement date following the date on which your subscription is added to your account.
Customers purchasing nextunlimited with Credit/Debit card:
Renewal charges will be applied to your original payment method.
Customers purchasing nextunlimited with alternative payment methods (Paypal, ApplePay, Gift Cards etc).
You will need to manually rejoin nextunlimited by adding the service to your shopping bag on the website and checking out. This can be done by clicking here.
You can repurchase for another year, once you are in the last 28 days of your current subscription.
Monthly Subscription -
Customers who purchase a monthly nextunlimited subscription with a Credit/ Debit card will automatically renew on a monthly basis with a 3-month fixed term period.

Annual Subscription -
nextunlimited can be cancelled at any time. If you cancel this subscription within its first 14 days and the service has not been used you will be refunded in full. If you wish to do so, please log in to your account and click on the nextunlimited section of ‘My Account.’
After the first 14 days, no refund will be given and access to nextunlimited will immediately stop. This includes if credit is withdrawn or you close your credit account. To cancel after 14 days please phone the customer service team on 0333 777 8000*.

Monthly Subscription -
nextunlimited can be cancelled at any time. If you cancel this subscription within its first 14 days and the service has not been used you will be refunded in full. If you wish to do so, please log in to your account and click on the nextunlimited section of ‘My Account.’
If you cancel this subscription within its first 14 days and the service has been used, you will not be refunded, but will still be able to redeem free delivery until the end of the billed month. If you wish to do so, please phone the customer service team on 0333 777 8000*.
After the first 14 days, you can cancel your subscription after the 3rd payment has been taken as part of the 3-month fixed period. To do so, please log in to your account and click on the nextunlimited section of ‘My Account.’
