In most cases your whole order will be delivered at the same time. However, the following exceptions apply:
- If an item isn’t available just yet: If part of your order isn’t yet in stock, we will dispatch those items once they become available. We’ll let you know once these items are out for delivery
- If an item becomes delayed: We aim to deliver all your items by the date we said we would, however sometimes items do become delayed. In this case we’ll let you know when you can expect the items to be delivered by
- If your order contains large furniture: All large home items are delivered via our two person delivery team and will be delivered separately to the rest of your items. If the items are in stock you can select a delivery date at the time of checkout. If they’re not available then we’ll be back in touch once they’re ready so you can select a delivery date
