If your account has fallen into arrears, you will see a message in the My Account section notifying you of the arrears on the account. The message will also include a contact number for our Collections Team who you can contact to either make a payment or to discuss your account with us.
If you are in arrears, your available credit may be reduced to £0.00.
The Arrears to be paid immediately will be visible and highlighted in red.
The arrears total will be added to your Minimum Payment Remaining amount and update your Total Required Payment amount.
