We know there’s nothing better than Christmas shopping to get you in the festive spirit. We also know that sometimes you might change your mind, that’s why we’ve extended our normal returns policy over the festive period.
In addition to our standard returns policy, any items ordered online or purchased in one of our Next stores† between Friday 24th October 2025 and Thursday 25th December 2025 can be returned after Christmas day and up to and including Sunday 4th January 2026 for a full refund back to your original payment method. Any items returned prior to Wednesday 24th December 2025 fall into our Standard Return Policy
Just make sure your unwanted gifts are unused, in the original packaging (if appropriate) and still have the tags attached. If you’re returning an item bought in store please bring proof of purchase.
If the items are returned after the 4th January or prior to the 25th December and the items are returned more than 28 days* from being received or purchased in store, then our normal returns policy will apply. This means we’ll process a refund in the form of an eVoucher. Click here for more information on our returns policy.
*The 28 days will start from the day after the items were delivered to your home address. Or, if delivered to a store, the 28 days starts from the day after the items were collected.

Simply pop into one of our Next stores to return the items and we’ll offer you an exchange or a refund card for the value of the items.
