How long will it take to receive a credit or refund for returned items?
We process refunds within 1 working day of receiving the return, but please allow the time shown in the table below for your payment provider to make the funds available to you.

We’ll also send an email with an ARN (Acquirer Reference Number). You can quote the ARN if you need to query a refund with your bank.
