It’s essential to keep your personal details up to date so we can keep in touch with you.
To change your details, simply sign into ‘My Account’ and select ‘Change Details’ from the menu on the left-hand side.
If changing your email address, it’s important you provide us with the email address that you would use to contact us. If you ever need to get in touch about your order, we’ll need to confirm your email address to ensure we’re speaking to you.
Some email providers allow for multiple domain names to be used, for example test@gmail.com can also be used as test@googlemail.com, however we can only identify you using the email address you provided us with when creating your account.

To change your name you will need to contact us by email, phone or chat. You will need to confirm the reason for the name change. If it’s a change of name by Deed Poll, we will require a copy of the Deed Poll certificate to be sent to us.
