Who do I contact if my relative or someone close has a Next account and they have recently passed away?
We understand that the loss of a family member or someone close to you is an emotional time and we want to help wherever possible. If you need to let us know that a Next account holder has recently passed away, we have several ways this can be done.
If you feel able to speak to us, please call 0333 777 8000* between 8am to 9pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 7pm Saturday and Sunday and our customer service team will be happy to help.
