Any orders placed will appear on your account. You can also track any outstanding orders here.
To track your order:
- Log in to My Account using your email address or customer number and password
- Select ‘My Orders’ from the menu on the left-hand side
Here you can view:
- A history of all your recent orders
- Up-to-date parcel statuses
- The delivery destination
(This information is updated at regular intervals)
You will receive tracking emails throughout, which detail how many parcels have been despatched and include all of your delivery information.
