How Your Donation Makes a Difference
- Resale & Reuse: Items in good condition are sold through the Salvation Army. Found out more here.
- Textile-to-Textile Recycling: Through The Salvation Army’s partnership with Project Plan B, items made of 95% or more Polyester can be recycled at the Salvation Army site and processed back into new polyester fibre. Find out more here.
- Recovery: For items that cannot be sold or processed through textile recycling , they will be repurposed into industrial materials wherever possible (For example Blended materials are being used for fillings in furniture. Find out more here.).
