If you’re not in when we try to deliver, your courier will leave your parcel in a safe place.
If we are unable to leave your parcel in a safe place, we will send you an email to let you know when we attempted delivery. We will reattempt delivery three times before the parcel is returned.
If your parcel is being delivered by an Evri courier, you can choose your ‘safe place’ for your courier to drop off your parcel using My Places or by downloading the Evri App from the App Store or Google Play Store. Using the Evri App, you can tell your courier to deliver your parcel to a preferred neighbour or a safe place such as a garage, porch or shed.
Your safe place can be saved for future deliveries in the ‘My Places’ area of the App. Using My Places, you can set the exact location for your deliveries and collections by adding a map pin, a photo and delivery notes to help your local Evri courier. You can also choose a neighbour your courier should deliver to, and a neighbour to avoid.
