Due to high volumes of orders during the sale period, it can take up to 2 hours for your order confirmation email to arrive.
If you’ve not received the order confirmation after 2 hours then check your junk / spam folder to ensure it hasn’t filtered into there.
It’s also worth checking the email address you’ve provided, just incase it’s not quite right. For more information on how to amend your email address click here.
If you have not received an order confirmation email then you can also check your order has gone through by signing into 'My Account' and selecting ‘My Orders’. The details will appear here within two hours of the order being placed.
