If you miss a payment and don’t make at least the Minimum Payment by the due date, your account will be in arrears, which can affect your credit score.
If you miss two Minimum Payments, a late payment fee of £7.50 will be applied to your account, to cover our administration costs.
While these arrears remain unpaid, we will not apply another late payment fee. However, if you clear your arrears and find yourself missing two minimum payments again at a later date, we will apply a further £7.50 to your account.

If you only make the Minimum Payment each month it will take longer and cost more to repay your balance.
To edit, set up or cancel your Direct Debit simply log into your account and select ‘Manage Your Direct Debit’. Alternatively you can call us on 0333 777 8910*.
