You can check the balance of a Gift Card or an eVoucher here.
Alternatively, if you’re a nextpay or Pay in 3 customer, simply log into your account and from the Account Summary click on ‘Make a Payment’. Once you’ve clicked on ‘Gift Card / eVoucher’ you’ll see the option to ‘Check Balance’. You’ll need to enter your Gift Card Number and Pin.
If you don’t have a nextpay or Pay in 3 account, you can check your Gift Card / eVoucher balance once you’ve finished browsing online. Simply add the items to your bag, click ‘Gift Card / eVoucher’ as a payment method, and then ‘Check Balance’. You’ll need to enter your Gift Card Number and Pin.
