If you received the gift: You can return the item to a store, and we will issue a refund card. Please note the refund card can only be used in store.

If you bought the gift for someone else: Our normal returns policy will apply. Please click here for more information.

Before returning your items, please ensure the items are in a perfect condition and in the original packaging.

In-Store Purchases

While we cannot provide gift receipts for online orders, they are available for items purchased directly in a Next retail store at the time of purchase.
