If your refund amount is different to the amount you expected, it could be due to a few reasons.
- Return Collection Charge: Returns made via courier, ParcelShop, or Royal Mail carry a standard £2.50 return fee, which is automatically deducted from your total refund. Returns made directly to a Next retail store are free of charge.
- Multiple Payment Methods: If you paid using a mix of a gift card/eVoucher and a credit/debit card, the refund will be returned to the original payment methods used.
- Multiple Returned Items or Parcels: Once your returns reach our returns centre, they may be processed separately and at different times.
