To make things easy, we have a number of return methods for you to choose from.
Before you do return your item, just make sure to read our returns policy to check that your item is eligible for a full refund.
When returning, please put all items into one parcel bag and attach one returns label (regardless of the number of items coming back). We’ll do the rest - once your parcel reaches us, we’ll scan each item individually.

It’s completely FREE to return your items to one of our 500+ stores and there’s no need to bring a return note.
Simply take your items into store, and either head to the till, or return using a parcel drop box.
It’s also the quickest way to get credited/refunded for your returns.

Collections are available right from your doorstep Monday to Saturday and you can book up to 7 days in advance.
A £2.50 returns charge* will be applied for each collection/return, regardless of the number of items you return.
Method:
- Sign into 'My Account' and select 'Arrange a Return', then book a date convenient for you. Or call selfserve on 0800 587 7758**.
- Place all items into one parcel bag with the note that came with your order.
- Attach one returns label to the outside of the parcel (regardless of the number of items coming back). You can find this on the bottom of the note that came with your order, or you can request one from us.
- Hand your parcel over to the courier on the day of collection
Please note the collection will be arranged from your billing address. If your items need to be collected from somewhere other than your billing address, please call our customer service team on 0333 777 8000**.
With over 10,000 locations, Evri ParcelShops and Post Offices offer an eco-friendly way to get your parcels back to us.
A £2.50 returns charge* will be applied for each collection/return, regardless of the number of items you return.
Method:
- Place all items into one parcel bag with the note that came with your order.
- Attach one returns label to the outside of the parcel (regardless of the number of items coming back). You can find this on the bottom of the note that came with your order, or you can request one from us.
- Take your items to the nearest ParcelShop or participating Post Office, follow the instructions on the Evri self service terminal, and then hand your parcel to the shop assistant

With over 5,500 locations and available 24/7, Evri Lockers offers an eco-friendly and convenient way to get your parcels back to us.
A £2.50 returns charge* will be applied for each collection/return, regardless of the number of items you return.
Method:
- Place all items into one parcel bag with the note that came with your order.
- Attach one returns label to the outside of the parcel (regardless of the number of items coming back). You can find this on the bottom of the note that came with your order, or you can request one from us.
- Take your items to the nearest Evri locker, scan the returns label to open the locker and place your parcel inside, closing the door securely

Go paperless! Easy and convenient returns without the need for a label.
A £2.50 returns charge* will be applied for each collection/return, regardless of the number of items you return.
Method:
- Head to the Royal Mail returns portal and search for 'Next' from the list of retailers to create a returns label.
- Enter your details, including your Next account number, then click on the "Create your Label" button.
- Royal Mail will send you an email with your returns label and instructions to either print at home or take the QR code to the Post Office. (There's also an option to download and print the label on the Royal Mail returns portal.)
- Place all items into one parcel bag with the note that came with your order.
- Take your items to the nearest Post Office branch or Royal Mail Customer Service Point, then hand your parcel to the assistant.
Once returned, please keep hold of any store or tracking receipts. We’ll email to confirm the collection and let you know when we’ve credited/refunded your items.

Need a replacement return label?
You can either;
- Sign into ‘My Account’ and select ‘Replacement Label’ and your returns label will be emailed to you in minutes!
- OR simply text 'Returns Label' followed by your customer number to 60235 to receive your label via post in 5 working days
*The £2.50 returns charge will be applied for each collection/return, regardless of the number of items you return. If you paid for the order using your Next credit account, we'll apply the charge to your account when we receive your return. If you paid using an alternative method we'll deduct the charge from your refund.
If you return the whole order the £4.95 delivery charge will be refunded.
