Our opening hours are; 8am - 9pm Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm Saturday and 8am-3pm Sunday.
If you have a nextpay or pay in 3 by Next credit account, you may also be able to visit our self-serve portal. Log in to ‘My Account’ and select ‘Financial Difficulties’ to inform us when you will be able to make payment or apply for a reduced payment plan. There is also a handy budgeting tool which could help you understand how much you can afford to pay.
