We aim to support our customers at Next and understand that living with dementia impacts every element of your life. If you are living with dementia, we are here to offer any help and support when managing your account.
If you want someone to act on your behalf on your account, we will need third party authorisation. This can be granted over the phone by speaking with you (we will need to complete security checks, then obtain some details about the third party who is being authorised) or by providing us a copy of a Power of Attorney.
You can call us on 0333 777 8000 between 8am to 9pm Monday to Friday & 8am to 7pm Saturday and Sunday. Or send a chat and our team will be happy to help.
