Alternatively, please go to the "Contact Us” section and complete an email form using the enquiry option of “Financial Difficulties”.
You may also be able to visit our self serve portal by selecting the ‘Financial Difficulties’ option in ‘‘My Account’’ where you can advise when you will be able to make payment or apply for a reduced payment plan. There is a handy budgeting tool which could help you understand how much you can afford to pay.
