If you want to support someone in managing their account, or if you want someone to act on your behalf on your account, then we can obtain third party authorisation. Firstly we’d need to speak to the account holder to complete security checks, and then take some details about the third party who is being authorised.
Alternatively, you can provide us with a copy of a Power of Attorney.
