If the courier's going to miss the time slot they'll send you another email with a new time.
If the courier can't collect your parcel, they'll rearrange it for another day, and you'll get an email confirming the new date and time.
When the courier's collected your parcel, we'll send you an email to let you know when it's expected to reach us and when you'll get your refund. Find out more about refund timelines.
