On the day of your Evri Courier Collection, you will receive an email confirming your 4 hour time slot. You will only receive this email if you have a valid email address registered to your account. For information on how to add or amend your email address click here.
If the courier cannot meet the timeslot a further email will be sent with a new timeslot.
On rare occasions the courier cannot collect, the collection will be rearranged for an alternative date along with a confirmation email with the new date and time.
Once the courier has successfully collected your parcels we’ll send an email to let you know that the courier has confirmed the collection, and when the items are expected to reach us to be credited/refunded. Click here for detailed information on refund timelines.
