Our returns policy
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. That’s why you have 28 days to return any unwanted items to us. Any returned items must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
If you return your items within the 28 day period, we’ll process a full refund back to your original payment method. Click here for detailed information on refund timelines.

Late Returns
If your items are returned to us outside of the 28 day period, then we’ll issue you with an eVoucher instead of a refund to your original payment method.
The 28 days will start from the day after the items were delivered to your home address. Or, if delivered to store, the 28 days starts from the day after the items were collected.
If you are returning items to the store after 28 days
We’ll send the eVoucher to you via email. The store can also print the eVoucher as a receipt.
If you are returning items via a local courier, parcel shop or Royal Mail
The eVoucher will be sent to you via email. It can take up to 7 days for the items to be scanned into our warehouse, although it is usually much quicker.
