If your items have been returned to us outside of our returns policy, then we’ll issue you with a refund in the form of an eVoucher.
Here’s a reminder of our returns policy: items must be returned to us in a perfect condition, in its’ original packaging and within 28 days of you receiving the item. For more information on our returns policy click here.
Where can I use the eVoucher?
The eVoucher can be used in store or online.
To use your eVoucher in store, simply present the eVoucher to a member of our staff at the till point.
To use your eVoucher online, simply select ‘Gift Card / eVoucher Payment’ at checkout, and enter the Card Number and Unique Pin when prompted. You will find this on your Late Return eVoucher email.
How long do I have to use the eVoucher?
The eVoucher must be used within 6 months of the issue date.
I’m a nextpay customer, how do I use the eVoucher?
If you have a nextpay account then the eVoucher can be used in store and online to purchase items. The eVoucher cannot be used towards your account balance.
My items were faulty and I have been issued with an eVoucher
eVouchers should only be issued for non-faulty items returned after the 28 day period. Please call us on 0333 777 8000 so that we rectify this for you.
Can I return an item that was paid for using an eVoucher refund?
Yes. In line with our returns policy.
Can I use my eVoucher as part payment towards an order?
Yes, you can pay for your order using the eVoucher and another payment method. Eg Debit Card, Paypal.
