Once you've booked your delivery, you'll receive an email and text message confirming your delivery date. To help better plan your day, you'll receive an email the day prior which will give you an estimated 2 hour timeframe for your delivery along with a link to track your delivery. You’ll able to track the progress of the drivers throughout the day.
On the morning of your delivery, our delivery team will attempt to give you a call to let you know that they are on their way.
Flat pack furniture will be delivered to your room of choice. If you have ordered a fully assembled item, the drivers will unwrap and place the furniture in the room of your choice.
For certain sofa ranges, our drivers will offer to fit the feet and take away the packaging. For information on whether this service is included with your order please refer to our product information online.
Yes, you will need to be home to accept delivery or another person over the age of 18. The delivery team will ask you to sign for your items and take a photo to confirm your delivery has been successful.
You may be charged £30 if you are not at home to accept delivery at the agreed time or delivery is refused.
Yes, larger furniture and upholstery deliveries can be made to an alternative address, however deliveries cannot be made to one of our stores.
To add an alternative address go to 'My Account' and select the 'delivery address' option from the menu on the left-hand side. Then select add address at the top of the page, you can then add / amend your delivery addresses.
When placing your order, navigate to the check out page where you will have the option to change the delivery address prior to selecting your prefered delivery date.
If your order consists entirely of in stock items you will be offered a delivery date within 5 days at the time of placing your order. If the first delivery date you are offered is outside the 5 day period, please contact our customer service team on 0333 777 8239.*
If your order contains items that are not immediately in stock, we'll let you know when they become available for delivery. Once ready, you'll receive an email and a text message, which will contain a link where you will be able to choose a convenient day for your delivery.
