If you believe any upholstery or furniture item is faulty, please contact us on 0333 777 8999* as soon as you become aware of the fault. If the item has been in your property for 15 or more days then we will need to organise for an independent expert to inspect the item via photo triage or a visit to your home. If the item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, they will arrange for the fault to be repaired where possible. If this is not possible, our specialist team will contact you within 5 working days after the visit to discuss your options.
