Please note Made to Measure and Personalised items cannot be cancelled once your order is placed.

If you’d like to cancel or make changes to a booked delivery, we'll need at least 48 hours notice. If you contact us to make any changes within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery date, or the delivery fails / is refused, a £30 charge will be applied.
