Our Store Returns Policy
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. Here’s more details on our Store Return Policy:
- Please ensure you bring along your receipt if you want to return any items. If you have lost your receipt, we may be able to offer an exchange. Please speak to a member of our team in store.
- To process a refund back onto a debit / credit card the original card and cardholder need to be present. If you don't have the card, the store will process the refund onto a Next Gift Card.
- You have 28 days to return any items purchased from one of our mainline/retail stores. Items must be returned in a new and unused condition.
Outlet/Clearance Stores
- You have 7 days to return any items purchased from one of our Outlet/Clearance Stores. Items must be returned in a new and unused condition.
- Items purchased from our ‘I’m Not Perfect’ range (items with a minor fault) are non-returnable. These items are clearly labelled with an orange ‘I’m not perfect’ tag.
Sale items
- If the items were purchased in one of our sales, or if you’ve bought Christmas decorations, then you must return within 10 days.
