You can request a receipt via the contact methods above once your item has been billed to your account. This applies to all online orders (including Store Deliveries).
Store Purchases:
- Cash or Card Transactions: Receipts can be requested immediately after purchase by calling 0333 777 8000* or via email.
- nextpay Card Transactions: Requests can be made 28 days after the purchase date.
Overseas Residents:
For store purchases using a Cash or card transaction, receipts can be requested immediately. Call us on 0333 777 8000* to request your receipt.
Note: Children’s items are exempt from VAT. For call charges, please contact your service provider.
