I’m a UK customer. How do I get a VAT receipt?
For online purchases using:
- A nextpay or Pay in 3 Account: Receipts can be requested as soon as the item has been billed onto your account
- An alternative method of payment (e.g Debit / Credit Card, PayPal): Receipts can be requested as soon as the item has been billed onto your account
- Order placed online and delivered to store: Receipts can be requested by UK residents only - as soon as the item has been billed onto your account

For store purchases using:
A nextpay Card: Receipts can be requested 28 days after the purchase date
A Cash or card transaction: Receipts can be requested immediately
