I want to return my items. How can I do this?
We accept returns via our Stores, Evri and Royal Mail.
Please return items in a new and unused condition and wherever possible in the original packaging. Items must be returned within 28 days of being received. If you return items after 28 days we will issue you with an eVoucher. The 28 days start from the day after the items were delivered to your home address, or if delivered to the store, the 28 days start from the day after the items were collected.
We’re working towards reducing the amount of plastic we use. When returning your items please put all items into one parcel bag and attach one returns label (regardless of the items coming back.) We’ll do the rest - once your parcel reaches us we’ll scan each item individually and credit them.
To return any items you no longer wish to keep, just follow one of the steps below.

Collection from home |
Via our Evri Courier Collection Service Collections from home are available Monday to Saturday and can be booked up to 7 days in advance. A £2.50 returns charge* will be applied for each collection/return, regardless of the number of items you return. To arrange a collection please follow these simple steps:

Royal Mail |
To your local Post Office or Royal Mail Customer Service Point A £2.50 returns charge* will be applied for each collection/return, regardless of the number of items you return. To arrange a Royal Mail return, simply follow the steps below:

*If you request a courier to collect any items from home, return items using a Evri ParcelShop or return through Royal Mail, a £2.50 returns charge will be applied for each collection/return, regardless of the number of items you return. If you paid for the order by credit/ debit card, Paypal, Google Pay or Apple Pay, any charges will be deducted from your refund. If you paid for the order using your Next credit account, this charge will be applied to your account on receipt of the return. If you return the whole order the £4.95 delivery charge will be refunded.
