I’ve lost my Returns Label, how do I request another?
We understand that sometimes things get misplaced, so we’ve made things simple.
1 - Sign into ‘My Account’
2 - Click on ‘Returns’ and select ‘Replacement Label’
3 - Choose how you’d like to receive your label.
If you select ‘Email me a returns label’ we’ll email you a label within seconds and you’ll just need to print this out.
If you select ‘Post me a returns label’ we’ll send this to your billing address within 5 working days.
We’re working towards reducing the amount of plastic we use. When returning your items please put all items into one parcel bag and attach one returns label (regardless of the items coming back) and it’s good to go! We’ll do the rest - once your parcel reaches us we’ll scan each item individually and credit them.
Whilst you’re here, did you know you can return your items to store without the need for a returns label and it’s free! It’s also the quickest way to get your credit/refund.
