Simply sign into ‘My Account’ and in just 2 quick steps, we’ll email* you a replacement label within seconds! You’ll need to print this off and attach it to the outside of your parcel.
If you’d prefer to receive your label in the post, we can send this to your billing address within 5 working days.
Step 1 - Click on ‘Returns’ and select ‘Replacement Label’.
Step 2 - Choose how you’d like to receive your label & click on ‘email/post my labels’.
