When your items are ready for delivery, you’ll receive an email to book your delivery. The date that you choose will be the day your order leaves our warehouse. Please then allow up to 6 working days after this date to hear from your local courier regarding a delivery date. (This is to allow 3 days for the item to reach your local courier and 3 days for them to contact you once they’ve received your items). 

For fully assembled and upholstered items our drivers will place the items in a room of your choice.

The team will ask you to sign for your items, taking a photo to confirm your delivery has been successful.
