Please leave the protective wrapping on your mattress until you are sure you wish to keep it. For health and hygiene reasons, once mattresses have been unwrapped, they cannot be returned unless they are faulty. This does not affect your legal rights.

When you buy a new mattress from us, we can take away and dispose of your old or unwanted item, for a fee of £20. Please add into your basket item number 862-657 and check out. Once your mattress collection bag arrives by Evri, please call us on 0333 777 8999 and we can organise a collection for you.
