The trial begins on the day the mattress is delivered. If you wish to return the mattress for free, please contact customer services (0333 777 8999)* and they will arrange a collection and send out a return bag that the mattress must be packed in and sealed with tape. Our delivery team will collect from the room of your choice. Please do not leave the mattress outside, as unfortunately we will not be able to take any items which have been damaged due to being left outside. Our carriers are also required to use their discretion, and may refuse the collection, if they feel the mattress presents a health and safety risk. This offer is in addition to your usual legal rights, which are not affected.
